When a retail establishment becomes political, such as Mike Lindall's products, I stopped going to your stores. There are evidently other past customers that feel the same.

I am begging you to join the modern age

It's 2022. Why is any website so horrible in this day and age? I placed an order from the website. The fact that I had to use tricks like switching search parameters just to get subsequent pages of products to load should have been my first clue that this experience was not going to go smoothly. I placed an order and over a week later, it still hadn't arrived and I had received no shipping confirmation. I went through a lengthy ordeal to log in (the site is absolute garbage; you can't even log in from a desktop--only logging in on the mobile app works) only to find that my entire order had been cancelled for no apparent reason. The only customer service option available is an AI chat, which takes over an hour to summon an actual human to help you. Not worth the pain in the ***. I'll just avoid spending any more money with Bed Bath & Beyond for the rest of my life instead.

My Pillow

Since your company has decided to stop carrying My Pillow products 60% of this country will never shop at these stores again and we are the 60% with jobs and money. Might as well close them all.

Selling merchandise that isn't in stock

I am still waiting on 7 wash clothes and 3 hand towels ordered on July 29,2022. At first they emailed merchandise to be delivered by August 9th. I did receive the 2 twin bed sets, paper plates and 1 of a set of 4 other wash cloths. Finally was emailed that the other 3 of the one set of wash cloths were out of stock. This left the 7 wash clothes and 3 hand towels. Saying now shipment should be out on these by September 17,2022. When I have texted or talked to them they are rude and repeat that I will have after they get to them. Asked for similar items at same cost. You would have thought I was asking the impossible. I also asked why did they not have the ability to have a running total on stock like other companies. I guess they don't need my business. I guess their higher ups only care about their checks and bonuses. NO WONDER the business is in trouble. The only store near me was about 25 miles from me closed. Sad all around.

They keep cancelling my orders!

They keep cancelling my orders!! I used a credit card that I use on all my online purchases without any issues. I also had two 20% coupons that I used in those cancelled orders and they did not credit it back to my account!! They also have a chat, but they make you wait around 15 to 30 minutes. Now I understand why this company is broke

I'm shocked that in this day and age they can't seem to syc their stock with what is said to be available on their website. So many times I've ordered something that says its in stock online, but then it isn't in stock.

DECEPTIVE Discount Program

I have been a paying member of the Beyond + program. This program was advertised as a 20 percent discount on all purchases by paying an annual fee. Recently I was placing an order for 2 Breville ovens and was NOT allowed to use the discount. This program is DECEPTIVE so don't participate with this company.

Embrace “WOKE” and die!

Bed Bath and Beyond is on the verge of Bankruptcy and it could not happen to a more deserving company. Embrace the “WOKE” culture and eliminate company’s like “The Pillow Man” because they do not share this this philosophy can only lead to your demise. We stopped shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond and apparently so have others. I feel for the store people who work there but not for the Corporation.

How can you share a success story when you hold on three separate phone calls for an excess of 16 hours to resolve a refund issue where you are not able to make contact through email because of a shortage of employees yet you are told that you exceeded the 15-minute window? I have been waiting for my refund since the 13th of August and I have yet to receive it
